I wanted to try and incorporate that anisotropic paint somehow into a painting. I have always loved how structured the beauty of that stuff is, and it went well in my mind with the utter maddness of a Jackson Pollock-style painting. There are also a few speckles of glow-in-the-dark paint on there too, so you can still appreciate it at night :)
